
The Labor Code regulates the labor relations between the employer and the employee, as well as other directly related relations. The aim of the Labor Code is to ensure freedom and protection of labor, decent and fair working conditions, as well as the implementation of fair social dialogue between workers, employers and the state to settle labor relations. The Labor Code regulates the individual types of employment contracts, their conclusion, form and content, the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer and the sanctions in case of non-compliance. The scope of the Labor Code also includes the ways for termination of employment, disciplinary and property liability and the types of benefits.
